Bring someone in your corner

When you feel stuck, unheard or at a crossroads, that’s when it helps most to have someone by your side.

I can be there to think with you, to challenge you and help you see what’s true for you. You’ll be able to trust your judgement and start moving: have the conversation you’ve been meaning to have, ask for what you need, or simply feel like yourself again at work.

What coaching with me is like, in a nutshell

A thinking partner

Someone to think out loud with. You find your own answers, faster than you would alone.

Your agenda

You bring what matters to you that week. We keep your bigger goal in view, but the topic is always yours.

Honest questions

You get the questions others leave unasked, and an honest view of what’s going on. Kindly and plainly.

From talk to action

Each session ends with something to try. Next time, we look at what happened.

And it doesn’t stop there. Coaching with me is also:

To grow, a lobster sheds its shell when it gets too tight. For a few weeks, until the new one hardens, it’s soft and exposed.

That discomfort is a signal: you’re growing.

In practice: languages, location, fees, and a free chemistry call

A free chemistry call, to explore what you want to work on and whether we’re a good fit.

Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, every 2 to 4 weeks. You bring what matters to you that day, with your bigger goal in sight. Sometimes you prepare a difficult conversation, sometimes you step back and look at the bigger picture.

CHF 80 per session while I complete my coaching certification.

In English or French, online or in person: in Lausanne, across the Riviera, Vaud and Geneva. If we meet in person, I book a room in a coworking space, so you have nothing to organise.

This is the rhythm I’ve seen work best. We adapt it to what you need: shorter or longer sessions, closer together or further apart.
